Living Together
The team I was on had to create an eco-friendly housing development with at least 50 houses. We had to build it in the desert, though, because it was randomly decided which biome we got. I think we overall did well on the project, but some things could have been better. For example, at first, the whole development was going to be one neighborhood, but someone on my team suggested it should be a two-neighborhood development and we went along with it. It actually turned out better, because we listened to what he had to say and implemented it into the project. However, there were times when communication was almost non-existant, such as with the animal relocation plan. I think that the entire team should have collaborated on it more than just the environmental engineer. For the next project, my goal is to have good, thorough communication among my teammates so we can collaborate better. This project taught me a lot about the real world, and that insight has definitely benefited me.
